There might be some reasons you can not register:
a) If you are already registered in the system, this might happen if ISA already did your registration (received directly from your NSA after you paid your dues). In case you don´t have your password, try first a password recovery.
If it doesn´t work it will be because there is no email associated to your record and you will need to write admin@soling.com requesting the password/user combination, please remember to send personal data such birthdate, address, phone, email to the administration.
b) Other possibility might be if your monitor resolution is to low (i.e 640 x 400) and the form who appears in the new window is not complete. to solve this issue you might try changing your monitor resolution (Desktop properties) by in case you are using windows: going to control panel then there to desktop then to settings then modify the resolution to minimum 800 x 600); once your are done, try opening the form again.
